This pair of best friends are 2 of Eli's first rescue horses. They are social media stars & high maintenance business associates. They are the highest paid members of Abra Kadabra Ink but we won't hold it against them
RUDYARD KIPLING & EDGAR ALLAN POE
HR Department. Rescue Horsies 3 & 4
Kipling (right) & Poe (left) are sweet old gentlemen. They keep us balanced & centered but aren't afraid to call us on our shit if we step out of line. Poe is a bit bashful & Kip is brazen as the day is long--this good & bad cop routine makes for one hell of an HR department.
SHADY & SHIZZLE
Gothic Poems Department
Easily the laziest coworkers, but after 13 years, they have Tenure and cannot be fired. They oversee the Gothic Poems Department and are always very critical and condescending.
CAIRO
Security
She ensures Eli gets scary-dog privilege's and gets a good nights rest so that she can come up with more magical stories. Eli busted Cairo out of doggy death row (the euthanasia list at a kill shelter). Cairo is an Australian Kelpie. A Kelpie is a magical water horse in folklore, so basically, she's perfect for Eli.
